How long have you been in the catering business?
We have been in catering services for more than eleven years under different brands and different countries. With European Gourmet Bahamas we started 2 years ago.
What is one of the biggest weddings you have ever done?
The biggest wedding we have provided full catering has been 320 people.
Do you specialize in Caribbean food or in International food?
We specialize in International cuisine with a significant influence of Mediterranean dishes.
What are the main components of a successful event?
Understanding of clients wishes, reliability, organization, excellent product quality and maybe the most important is passion for what we do.
What is the best thing about being a caterer?
Every project is a new experience and challenge, where you can express your creativity in every aspect of the service we provide.
What is your favorite Caribbean food to prepare?
Personally, I love curry mutton and lobster salad, but there are a number of traditional dishes which are a delight for every taste.
