Finding unique gifts for groomsmen will no longer be a pain with this week’s launch of MBOX, an online shop of curated gift boxes for men.
MBOX offers gift boxes that suit every type of guy – from The Diplomat to the Woodsman. The cheekily named boxes range from $39-139 and include a variety of hand-picked items such as wallets, bound journals, pocket watches, cuff links, backpacks, travel cases, and even a hatchet. Customers can add a personal note to include in each box as well as request engraved initials on select items. They can also build their own custom MBOX from their favorite items on the site.
“Many people feel that men are difficult to shop for, even though there are many companies and designers launching great new products every day,” said Nathan Bellah, Cofounder of MBOX. “We felt it was time to bring that greatness to the men’s gifting marketplace.”
MBOX is the brainchild of the team behind popular tuxedo rental site Menguin. Having helped thousands of grooms and their friends since 2013, Menguin’s founders recognized that while guys played an increasingly more active role in today’s wedding planning, finding non-lame men’s gifts remained a challenge.
“When I got married, I spent hours figuring out what to get the groomsmen,” said Justin Delaney, CEO of MBOX. “I went to Etsy, Home Depot and eBay. It was an ordeal. To fix this, we created a simple shop where grooms can buy groomsmen gifts that are cool and have a personal touch.”
Yet MBOX is not just for groomsmen. The founders plan to continue expanding their shop with themed gifts boxes, helping anyone find the perfect gift for a guy in their lives.
MBOX gifts are currently available in the U.S. only. See the boxes and learn more on www.mbox.co.
