Set a workout regiment
Have a look at your current schedule and see where you can squeeze in at least 2-3 workouts per week. Either join a gym or schedule a walk or run after or before work.

Eat healthy
As the date gets closer and you are always on the go it will be harder to eat regularly and healthy. Always keep healthy snacks in the car like a bag of carrots or energy bars. These will help keep you to your next meal while you are spending long hours shopping or getting fitted for your gown.

Remember to sleep
Your body needs at least 7 hrs each night. With the planning in full swing one of the first things thrown out of the window is sleep. This can lead to fatigue and other sicknesses and it is a common problem many brides experience, especially from staying up the night before the event. Your wedding day can be quite long and do you really want to be exhausted and grumpy when you are getting your pictures done or mingling with your guests.

Regulate stress
This might not be always easy to do as sometimes that stress might be coming from people associated with the wedding. However it is important that you schedule some alone time away from the wedding planning to relax. Take a yoga class or spend the afternoon with a book on the beach and you will feel re-energized. Turning the cell phone off for an hour or two can also do wonders for your sanity.

Boost your protection
With all the running around and erratic eating habits your immune system will be working overtime to keep you from falling to illness. Many brides due to stress can have flair ups of acne, rashes and allergies. Remember to get on a vitamin plan and have all your medication on hand the day of your wedding.

Lifestyle change
There is no doubt that your wedding can be a sometimes stressful and trying time. If you make a conscious effort to eat healthy and exercise it will pay great dividends to your wellness. Don't stop exercising after your wedding, let this be a lifestyle choice if you weren't already on this path. Out of a healthy body and mind comes a healthy marriage.
